The 4 Under 40 Awards recognize outstanding young professionals in the insurance and financial services industry who demonstrate professional excellence, industry involvement, community service, and a commitment to helping their clients achieve financial security.
Since joining NAIFA in 2023, Melanie has quickly become an active and engaged member of NAIFA-Wisconsin. She joined the NAIFA-Wisconsin Board of Directors in 2025 as YAT Chair, then as a Director in 2026, and is a regular participant in chapter activities and events. Melanie has also demonstrated a strong commitment to advocacy, representing our profession on Capitol Hill at two NAIFA Congressional Conferences.
Her professional accomplishments are equally impressive. Melanie earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2025 and has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an internationally recognized standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services profession.
Melanie represents exactly the kind of emerging leader the 4 Under 40 Awards were created to recognize: a professional committed not only to serving her clients and advancing her own career, but also to strengthening her profession through leadership, involvement, and advocacy.
