Take Back Your Time

Taren Sartler, FIC, LUTCF, FSCP

1:00 PM

Lover of life and all of the simple things that make it great, Taren Sartler works hard when she has to so she can play hard when she wants to and teaches others to do the same. Taren is a “mom-preneur” and recovered workaholic with over two decades of sales and self-employment experience. All while raising two amazing children as a single mom.

Crying in her car after missing one of her son’s baseball games, she began this journey. To her, success was running her business and supporting the family without having to ever miss a concert, play-date, or baseball game again. She knew the only way to realize that success was to master her habits around how she managed time. You know how it is, noon concert at the elementary school (why is that a thing??) then practice for one kid when school lets out at 2:40 and a game for the other at 4… different sides of town of course. Well add in not having a second driver and running a business; she’s learned a thing or two.

You’ve learned products and tools to create amazing financial plans to better the lives of your clients, both now and in the future. Here you will take time to work on your business like a business and create systems to keep your meeting schedule full of more people to serve. There is so much front-end work to prospect and back-end work to take each sale to issue, that it is easy to become unproductive with the busy work. This presentation will teach you how to truly work smarter, communicate better with staff and teams, streamline general systems, and control your calendar so it stops controlling you.
