Romeo Raabe has been helping individuals finance long-term care since 1988, using traditional insurance and alternative strategies for those who may not qualify. He partners with financial advisors and attorneys across Wisconsin to assist clients at all stages—whether planning ahead, facing health challenges, or already in care. Romeo develops and teaches Long Term Care Partnership Certification courses for multiple states and presents nationally for organizations including NAIFA, FPA, and the American College. A frequent speaker at state and national conventions, he also advises elected officials on Medicaid policy and long-term care funding solutions.
Dennis G. Eisenberg brings decades of experience working with education associations, specializing in pension and group insurance issues. As Principal of Eisenberg & Associates LLC, he has played key roles including monitoring the Minnesota and Wisconsin Retirement Systems (WRS), negotiating labor agreements, and serving as an arbitration specialist. He also held executive responsibilities within the WEA Tax Sheltered Annuity (TSA) plan and chaired a defined contribution pension committee for over 20 years.
He holds an MBA and is a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC #00433299). Dennis provides financial education to members and staff of a regional teachers’ organization and consults on pension and group insurance issues for the National Staff Union and its affiliates.
John J. Grande is an instructor at the Wisconsin School of Business, where he teaches an introductory Estate Planning course designed for students pursuing careers in Wealth Management. The course also fulfills an educational requirement for those seeking the CFP® designation.
Previously, John served as the Administrator of Banking for the State of Wisconsin, overseeing the regulation and supervision of state-chartered banks, savings institutions, and consumer financial service companies, including mortgage loan originators and sales finance entities.
With over 30 years of regional and national experience in Wealth Management—most notably with U.S. Bank and as Wisconsin Regional Wealth Management Executive for Old National Bank—John has helped thousands of families define and achieve their financial goals.
Douglas Massey, LUTCF, CLU, ChFC, CRES, FSS is a registered representative with OFG Financial Services, Inc., where he has served clients since 1992. His practice focuses on retirement planning and life insurance, with a strong emphasis on serving near-retirees, retirees, and the nonprofit/403(b) market.
A dedicated NAIFA member since 1987, Massey has held numerous leadership roles, including Chair of the IFAPAC Committee, member of the NAIFA-Texas Board of Directors (2008–2014), and President of NAIFA-Texas (2012–2013). He has been a consistent presence at every NAIFA Congressional Conference and NAIFA-Texas Legislative Day since their respective inceptions.
Massey is a key legislative contact for Senators John Cornyn and Ted Cruz, as well as Representative August Pfluger. A proud IFAPAC Defender and active contributor, he supports several events annually. He has also mentored many NAIFA members, moderated LUTCF and FSS courses, and is a graduate of the Leadership in Life Institute (LILI).
John Koskinen is the Chief Economist for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. He has served in that capacity for Governors Evers, Walker, and Doyle administrations.
John has been cited as a commentator on the Wisconsin economy in the media throughout the state and the country. He has testified on the Wisconsin economy before several standing committees of the state legislature. He has presented on Wisconsin economic outlook to the diverse groups around the state including rating agencies, investor groups, state and regional economic development associations, colleges and universities, financial institutions, trade associations, and employers.
Prior to joining the Department of Revenue in 2007, John served as the Staff Economist for the Governor's Budget Office, Wisconsin Department of Administration from 1979 to 2007. He started his professional career at the Wisconsin Legislative Fiscal Bureau.
John has his B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Marquette University. He has done additional graduate studies in Economics at Northwestern University and computer science at the University of Wisconsin.
